Refund & Return Policy

At Tarin Blue, we want you to be happy with your purchase. You can return fashion items within 7 days of delivery, whether they are defective or not.

Returns

  • Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items:
    If your fashion item is damaged, faulty, or wrong, we will replace it for free, including shipping. Contact us right away.
  • Quality Issues:
    If we confirm a problem with the item, you can get a replacement or full refund.
  • Non-Quality Issues:
    You can get a refund, but a 10% restocking fee and return shipping cost will apply.
    (Fast shipping fees are not refundable.)

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories.
  • Only items in “NEW” condition are eligible. Used or damaged items may be rejected.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item, and will be returned to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • To request an exchange, email us at poomtarin@gmail.com
     with your order details.
  • Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Order Cancellation

  • Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you want to cancel. Orders processed after that cannot be changed or canceled.
  • Once we receive your cancellation request, we’ll check your order status and confirm if it can be canceled.
