Easy Returns Within 7 Days
If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you can return unworn clothing items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions, no hassle. Please ensure that the clothing is in its original condition, with the original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label. The first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status. For split package orders, the return window will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time. Your satisfaction is our priority.
No Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept exchanges of any kind. If you're not satisfied with the product, a return for a refund is your best option.
Return Request and Shipping
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and must be shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

Self-Service Return (Online)
- You can request a return directly through our website. Simply log in to your account, go to your order history, and select the item(s) you wish to return. Follow the prompts to submit your return request. Once submitted, you will receive a return authorization number and a prepaid return label to send the product back to us.

- If you prefer personalized assistance or have any questions, you can also reach out to us by email at poomtarin@gmail.com. Our Customer Support Team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return label if needed.
Orders Returned Without Meeting the Above Criteria
Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may decline the entire return.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.

Simple Return Process
Returning an item is simple. You can either initiate a return online by logging into your account or contact our Customer Support Team by emailing poomtarin@gmail.com. We will assist you through the process and ensure that the return is handled smoothly.
Quality Assurance
We take great pride in the quality of our products, but we understand that issues can sometimes occur. If you notice any manufacturing defects or damage caused during shipping, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.
Our team will collaborate with you to determine the best solution and ensure your concerns are handled quickly.
Swift Refund Processing
After our Tarin Blue finance team receives and confirms your return, we will quickly initiate the refund process. You can expect the refund to be completed within 5 business days from the date we receive the item at our warehouse. Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process the return.
Tarin Blue will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items that meet the return criteria. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make the return process as simple as possible for you.
